Constructorilor 17, bins
The warehouse sits behind the studio. Fourteen bins, two zones: orchard fruit and finished jars. Before automation, goods in went into a notebook and reached the database in the evening — lots slipped, and the stocktake was off by 23 lines.
The inbound document is born at the gate with the delivery note. A Fermierilor apple lot does not mix with the previous one. Issue to production leaves by lot, not “from stock”.
The first stocktake that agrees comes in week 11. The rules hang at the gate: who receives, who posts, who signs the count.
Shop floor by Gării
The line faces the tracks: jar, lid, a shift of seven, apples from Fermierilor. Cost used to be counted after dispatch — after the Păcii price was already given.
The order opens before the boil. The fruit lot, shift hours, packing, and scrap by the master’s note sit on it. If a jar is scrap, the order sees it.
After 11 weeks the owner reads Wednesday’s order and Friday’s order apart. That is how next week’s orchard lot is chosen.
Buying on Fermierilor
Orchard street. Notes arrive on paper, the weight is wet, the price per tonne moves with the season. In the database that used to become one item with no lot — and the order fed on a quarterly average.
The rule: no lot, no goods in. The supplier is set up with a contract and a payment term. The lot lives until the order closes, even if the apples went into jars the same day.
Each note is either in the database on the day it arrives, or it sits on the walkthrough desk with a reason.
Screen on Păcii
Dispatches to distributors. Before the wall screen, overdue balances were gathered for a meeting. The paper figure missed the database by 17 thousand lei — and that passed for normal.
Three columns: on time, 1–17 days, past 17. A dispatch is not posted if the contract limit is already breached.
