Office 3, warehouse yard behind the building. People arrive with a folder of delivery notes. Not a showroom — working tables.
Halls and the desk
Four cells: contour, walkthrough, database, archive. Air, a slab, a photograph.
Contour hall
A long table and a blank board. We pin the document path from the Constructorilor gate to the screen in office 3. Walkthroughs by appointment.
Database hall
Workstations and a test contour. A storekeeper learns on our bins, then goes back to their own yard.
Walkthrough room
Three chairs. Fermierilor notes and a warehouse export land here. We spread the papers and mark which document should never have been posted.
The rules are printed in this room: who receives the lot, who closes the shift, who posts on the day, not the night before month-end. A copy goes to the shelf — one firm, one row.
Warehouse 17 is visible from the yard. If the room argues “that is what the database says” against “that is what the rack says”, we go outside. The rack wins. We fix the path.
Desk hours
Mon–Fri 9:00–17:30. On a close Thursday we often sit with the month’s folders — write earlier in the week. Saturday only if the Gării line is counting stock, and that is in the brief.
