Site and order terms

1. Who and what

The site businessiobovawns.com belongs to Iobovawns S.R.L. (the studio) and describes business automation: the warehouse, the shop-floor order, and the owner’s screen. This is not an offer within the meaning of Art. 699 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova: scope, term, and price are fixed only in a contract signed by the parties.

By using the site you accept these terms, the privacy policy, and the cookie rules. If you do not, do not send a brief and do not call intending to order work.

2. Brief, walkthrough, contract

A letter to [email protected] or a call to +373 246 71 847 is a request for a walkthrough, not an order. A walkthrough in office 3 on Constructorilor 17 or a visit to a warehouse in Cupcini / Edineț District is booked by a letter with a date. The studio may refuse a walkthrough if what is wanted is only “a report by Friday” without a contour, or if no one on the yard will let us to the bins.

The contract is drawn on paper or in a form allowed by Law No. 284/2004 on electronic commerce and the Civil Code. It names the yard, the contour (warehouse, order, screen), the date of the first stocktake that agrees, the price, and who signs the acts for the customer.

Payment is to the Iobovawns S.R.L. account in lei unless the contract says otherwise. The studio issues the invoice. Prepayment and stages are only as in the contract, not as in the site copy.

3. What the studio does not promise

The studio does not replace the customer’s chief accountant and does not sign reports in their place. The month-end calendar remains the customer’s duty. The studio sets the contour so that the owner’s figures come from the database, not from a side file.

The studio does not guarantee a rise in revenue, “business transparency” in the advertising sense, or matching stock if the storekeeper does not post goods in and the master does not close the shift by the rules. If the rack and the database disagree, we correct the database after a recount on the yard; we do not “roll a patch”.

Licences for the accounting program, the electronic signature, and the customer’s access are the customer’s affair unless the contract expressly buys otherwise.

4. Site material

The texts, hall photographs, the mark (a stroke letter on a cut-corner plaque) and the layout are protected as the studio’s copyright. You may link to journal notes with a credit to Iobovawns and the Cupcini address. You may not copy the texts onto another implementation site “with a different town”, cut out the mark, or pass Constructorilor frames off as someone else’s office.

The journal is working notes, not individual advice. A decision on your contour is taken at the walkthrough, not from a paragraph in the Gării piece.

5. Contact and electronic messages

Under Law 284/2004 a commercial communication must be recognisable. Studio letters go from the businessiobovawns.com domain or from [email protected] and carry the Constructorilor 17, Cupcini address. There are no unsolicited advertising mailings. A reply to your brief is a requested message.

The site does not take card payments and does not open an account. Access to a test database on the studio premises is by appointment, not through an internet form.

6. Liability and disputes

The site is provided as is. The host may have outages. The studio is not responsible for the content of third-party mail arriving from your mailbox. Losses tied to an owner report the customer assembled in error after setup are dealt with under the contract and on the facts: who posted the document, who signed the report.

The law of the Republic of Moldova applies. Disputes: talks in office 3, Cupcini, then a court of competent jurisdiction at the studio’s seat in Edineț District, unless mandatory rules require otherwise. Send a claim in writing to str.
