1. In short

businessiobovawns.com is a set of static HTML pages, a stylesheet, and a short script.js on our hosting. We do not load Google Analytics, social pixels, map widgets, embedded video, or third-party fonts. The studio does not write advertising or analytics cookies.

There is no “accept all cookies” banner, because there is nothing to accept beyond what your browser may do on its own. If the policy changes and an optional file appears, the banner and a choice will appear before it is written, not after.

2. What a cookie is, and why the law applies

A cookie is a small file a site asks the browser to keep. In the Republic of Moldova, processing identifiers by which a person can be recognised falls under Law No. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data. Electronic messages and information about services on the site also sit under Law No. 284/2004 on electronic commerce. Storing or gaining access to data on a user’s device requires transparency: what we write, why, and for how long.

3. What our script.js does

The script adds a class on html so sections fade in on scroll (opacity and transform). If the system has “reduce motion” on, the fade is off. On the process page the script swaps the warehouse photograph when a list step enters the frame. The mobile-menu state lives while the tab is open and is not written to a cookie.

The studio does not use localStorage or sessionStorage. There is no IndexedDB. There is no service worker.

4. What someone else may set

A mailto link opens your mail program. A tel link opens the telephone. Those programs live by their own rules, not Iobovawns’. The host that serves businessiobovawns.com may keep technical request logs (IP, time, page) — needed so the site opens and so a fault can be traced. Those host logs are not a studio marketing profile. Their retention is set by the hosting contract; write to [email protected] and we will say which host currently serves the domain.

The browser may remember window size, language, “already seen this picture”. Those are not Iobovawns files. You can turn off history and cookies in the browser settings on the computer from which you read the journal.

5. If we ever set a cookie

Necessary: only to open the page or to remember a refusal of animation if you yourself switch it off on the site. Term — the session or up to 12 months, no longer. Analytics and advertising — only after a separate consent, with a right to refuse and still use the site (the brief and the telephone are not tied to a counter). We do not sell marketing identifiers to third parties in Cupcini, Edineț or Chișinău.

Consent may be withdrawn by mail to [email protected] or by letter to Constructorilor 17, of. 3, MD-4626, Cupcini. For files in the browser it is more reliable to delete them in the device settings — the studio does not control your computer.

6. Rights and complaints

If a cookie or a host log turns out to be personal data, the rights under Law 133/2011 apply: access, correction, destruction, objection, a complaint to CNPDCP. Write to [email protected], put “cookie” in the subject. The reply will go from the same mailbox or on paper to the address you leave.
