1. Who processes the data

Processing follows Law No. 133 of 8 July 2011 of the Republic of Moldova on the protection of personal data (Law 133/2011), the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova as to obligations, and Law No. 284 of 22 July 2004 on electronic commerce as to messages sent from this site.

Supervisory authority: the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal, CNPDCP), Republic of Moldova. You may lodge a complaint with CNPDCP without limiting your right to go to court at the controller’s seat in Cupcini or under the venue rules of procedural law.

2. What data we take

This site is static. There are no forms that post to our server. Contact runs through your mail client (mailto) or telephone (tel). When you write to [email protected] we receive the email address, the name in the signature, the brief, telephone numbers and warehouse addresses you yourself give, and attachments (database extracts, scans of delivery notes, photographs of bins).

On +373 246 71 847 we note the calling number, a name, a yard address in Cupcini or Edineț District, and the substance of the walkthrough. We do not record calls.

If a contract follows the brief, we process the customer representatives’ data needed to perform it: name, role, work telephone, email, warehouse address, legal-entity particulars. We do not ask for special categories of data (health, biometrics, political views) and ask you not to send them.

3. Why, and on what ground

Answering a brief and booking a walkthrough in office 3 are pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 5 of Law 133/2011: consent shown by sending the letter, and processing needed for steps prior to a contract). Performing a contract to set a contour is processing necessary for an obligation. Iobovawns S.R.L.’s own accounting and tax archive is a duty under the tax law of the Republic of Moldova, including retention periods for source documents.

We do not run marketing lists, interest profiles, or sell databases. A letter with a walkthrough date is a reply to your request, not a mailing.

4. Where data come from, and who receives them

The source is you. We do not sell data to third parties in Cupcini or Chișinău. Transfer is possible: to the mail host through which [email protected] arrives; to the controller’s accountant and lawyer under a confidentiality undertaking; to state bodies of the Republic of Moldova on a lawful demand (State Tax Service, a court, CNPDCP). A contour setter travelling to Constructorilor, Gării, Livezilor or Fermierilor receives only what is needed to enter the yard.

We do not plan transfers outside the Republic of Moldova. If the mail host processes servers abroad, that is stated in the hosting contract; you may write on paper to of. 3, Constructorilor 17, MD-4626, Cupcini.

5. Retention

Letters without a contract are kept for 18 months from the last reply, then deleted from the working mailbox unless a dispute is open. The contract, acts, and correspondence on the contour are kept for three years after performance ends, unless tax law requires a longer period for Iobovawns S.R.L.’s source documents. Paper folders in the Constructorilor 17 archive sit on the customer’s named shelf and are destroyed under an act.

Database extracts and bin photographs sent “for a look” are not copied onto other people’s flash drives. A test database in the studio hall is anonymised or deleted within 14 days of a refused contract.

6. Your rights under Law 133/2011

You may request information about processing, access, correction of inaccurate data, blocking or destruction if the processing is unlawful, and object to processing that is not based on law or contract. Send the request to [email protected] or by letter to str. Constructorilor 17, of. 3, Cupcini, MD-4626. Give a name, a contact, and the substance of the request. We reply within the time set by Law 133/2011.

You may withdraw consent to processing of brief data while there is no contract. Withdrawal does not touch documents we must keep for the studio’s own tax records. Complaint: CNPDCP; you may send us a copy at the same desk in Cupcini.

7. Children, security, changes

The site and the services are addressed to adult business representatives. We do not collect children’s data. Office 3 is locked during someone else’s walkthrough. The paper archive does not leave the Constructorilor yard.

Revisions of this policy are published on this page with a new date. A material narrowing of rights is also sent to the address from which you wrote the brief, if the correspondence is still live.
